NEWSFLASH! Your child doesn't have to be your alarm clock...
A biologically normal wake-up time for a young child is between 6:00-8:00 a.m., so if your sweet little one is waking you up for the day at 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:13 (you get the picture!), you need to know something: IT'S NOT MORNING YET!

And, the best part is, there are things you can do to help your child push these early mornings a bit later for a more appropriate start time for their day - and yours! While we know you birthed THE CUTEST little alarm clock, we're willing to bet the circles under your eyes would love an extra hour or two of beauty sleep.
